The apartment has been completely renovated. This included, among other things, replacing the windows, preparing the floors, freshly painting all rooms, and partially adapting the floor plan. The kitchen and bathroom were completely redone. A special highlight is the bright living room with many windows and direct access to the large, covered balcony. This offers a beautiful, open view and, thanks to its orientation, a lot of sunshine throughout the day – for me, definitely one of the most beautiful places in the apartment. The custom-made kitchen is also very generously designed, offering plenty of workspace and storage space, equipped with new kitchen appliances, and has enough space for a dining table with chairs. Due to the large window front, the kitchen is also pleasantly bright and offers a nice view of the Bachtel. The modern bathroom has a bathtub with an integrated glass shower screen and also has its own window. Generally, every single room has a window, making the entire apartment very bright and pleasant. Overall, it's an apartment where you can really feel at home quickly. The apartment is being passed on due to my extraordinary move-out.
