At Schwanenstrasse 11 in Einsiedeln, we are renting a 3-room apartment in a central location as of September 1, 2026. The residential and commercial building Kohlgrube is located at the corner of Schwanenstrasse / Werner-Kälin-Strasse, in the heart of the village of Einsiedeln. All important places (train station, post office, monastery, shops, and banks) are easily accessible on foot. The apartment has a comfortable kitchen and is equipped with the usual kitchen appliances. The kitchen is located next to the living/dining area and can be closed with a sliding door as needed. Spacious bright living/dining area, from which you can access the small balcony. A bright parquet floor is laid throughout the apartment (except for the wet cells). The bathroom is equipped with plates. The apartment also includes a separate basement compartment. The general laundry room is located in the basement.
