We rent at Moserstrasse 28 on the 1st floor a small, modern and recently newly renovated 2.5-room apartment. An optimal apartment for a single person who appreciates the proximity of the city with its shops, nightlife, and restaurants, as well as public transportation within walking distance, and likes to jump into the cool waters of the Rhine in the summer or meet with colleagues on a beautiful summer evening on the Rhine promenade. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and is located in a small property with only 3 parties. It has an open living and dining area, including a small modern kitchen with induction stove and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, leaving no wishes unfulfilled. Additionally, we also offer you a private combined washing machine/tumbler in the bathroom. The sleeping area faces the quiet inner courtyard and allows for good dreams.
