The walls of the property were built in massive construction, the ceilings are made of steel concrete. The exterior walls are a composite visible masonry in massive construction made of brick and concrete. The flat copper roof was made in a spar construction. The condition can be described as good in general. No defects are visible in the basic structure that would affect the statics (load-bearing capacity) of the property. The windows are wood-metal windows with insulating glazing from 2013. The balcony doors are of an older design and in need of renovation. The external sun protection is provided by slat blinds.
