Description

We are offering an industrial building with a workshop and offices for sale, strategically located near the highway exit and the railway line connecting Northern and Southern Europe. The commission does not permit the construction of warehouses, storage facilities, or similar structures, except those serving industrial companies compatible with the purpose.
