I am a sociable, benevolent and warm person, I rent a room in my beautiful 3.5 room apartment, which is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator). Yvonand is a charming village with its magnificent sandy beaches, countless possibilities for walks in nature and all amenities: Migros, Coop, Denner, dairy, doctors, dentists etc... 5 minutes by car from Yverdon and about 10 minutes on foot from Yvonand train station. I prefer a vegetarian and non-smoking person !
