For shared use, there is a sauna, a ski room, and a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The offer also includes all furniture, a cellar compartment, and a parking space in the parking hall. The Flüehüttenboden building was constructed at the end of the 1970s in the best building quality. The three houses impress with their quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of the village with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain world. The well-maintained complex is in a very good condition. All maintenance work has been carried out continuously. Recently, a comprehensive exterior renovation of all three houses was carried out, and the oil heating system was replaced in 2025.
