I am looking for a sublessee who will take over my beautiful 1.5-room attic apartment in the new "Chrüzacher" building project in 8953 Dietikon by the end of September 2026. I moved in at the end of January and accordingly, the apartment is absolutely new, including high-quality built-in appliances in the kitchen and washing tower. Since it is a new building and my existing lease must be taken over, there is a minimum rental period until the end of March 2027 for the apartment as well as an underground parking space. The total rent of 2,335 CHF already includes the underground parking space and additional costs. The apartment is very well connected: 3-5 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn and about 10-12 minutes' walk to Dietikon train station, from which you can reach Zurich main station in 15 minutes. The highway is also just a few minutes away by car, and there are numerous shopping opportunities, doctors, etc. within a few minutes' walk.
