Wonderful MTB and hiking trails start right outside the door, the beach is reachable in 10-15 minutes. The train station of Diano is within a 10-15 minute walking distance and is ideal for excursions in the region as well as for connections to the airport in Nice or the train hub in Milan. The highway is reachable in 15-20 minutes. With the central heating and the fireplace, the cooler weather periods from December to February can be comfortably bridged. Access to the internet or mobile phone is guaranteed and also allows longer work (home office). The house is habitable all year round.
