I am looking for a subtenant for my unique apartment as of 30.09.2026. The apartment (1st floor with elevator) has a beautiful window front, underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer in the bathroom (integrated into the bathroom cabinets) and has a unique feature, a former crane. Definitely an eye-catcher. And every time a funny conversation topic, I can guarantee that. :)The special structure of the apartment offers a lot of living space/playroom for creative room design. Regarding the floor plan: This shows the lower floor, but the studio (up the stairs) has the same dimensions as the hallway and bathroom together and is also visible in one of the photos. Also, the use of a huge, communally used rooftop terrace including smoker and community room with separate kitchen, many special features and several toilets is possible. Also, the free use of a working space in the building is available, in case you cannot work from home, but want to enjoy home office-like advantages. Net rent: 1450,- Additional costs: 180,- Total rent: 1630,- There is the possibility to rent a parking space on an open parking lot for about 100,- or a garage parking space in a closed garage building for about 150,-. This building is optimal in both summer and winter, as the car does not get hot or cold there. The administration is also great and always takes care of the tenants' concerns promptly. The neighborhood is also always helpful and open to a relaxed exchange. Smaller events are also planned at regular intervals (about every quarter), where you can eat or grill together and simply spend the evening together. Overall, the location is really optimal for anyone who wants to be flexible on foot, by public transport, or by car.
