Description

The MFH Adler multi-family house comprises a total of eight apartments and two studios. The offer is aimed at people of all ages and promotes a harmonious, cross-generational living together. 1.5-room studio on the ground floor The apartment is located on the ground floor with a view of the parking lot. It has a modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, and also has a private washing machine and dryer. The net rent for the studio apartment is CHF 700 per month, plus CHF 250 in ancillary costs. This includes CHF 150 in lump-sum ancillary costs and CHF 100 for the underground parking space. The monthly gross rent is therefore CHF 950. Outdoor parking spaces can be rented for an additional CHF 40 per month. All apartments can also be used as commercial spaces if needed. Pets are welcome – there is even a special pet shower available in the basement. Note: The pictures were taken in apartment 01. Hotel service The Landgasthof Adler offers tenants a comfortable hotel service on request: They can receive meals directly from the restaurant and take advantage of apartment cleaning – a all-around service, as you would otherwise only know from vacations. Basement The basement contains the cellar compartments of the apartments, the underground garage, a bicycle storage room, and the laundry room with pet shower.
