Project description On the sunny western slope, where the Terbinerstrasse connects the two villages of Visp and Visperterminen, stand the two multi-family houses Teelwald A & B. The village center of Visp can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The connection to public transport is guaranteed by a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. The floor plan concept of the two houses allows for a flexible design of the apartment sizes. Depending on the planning, residential units of 2 1/2 to 5 1/2 rooms are possible. All apartments have a fantastic and wide view over the valley. The two multi-family houses are connected to each other by a shared underground garage. The building's own photovoltaic system produces green energy for self-sufficiency. A civil defense shelter is also planned. The natural, environmentally friendly design of the surroundings, with both shady and sunny areas, offers attractive additions to the playground, which is located within the plot.
