Are you a quiet, nature-loving, open and tidy individual who is looking for a peaceful oasis in the middle of nature on weekdays? Then you are exactly right here! I, w., 56 with Toypudel flatmate, can offer you a very cozy, sunny and beautiful apartment. The apartment already includes everything (fully furnished and equipped) for shared use - even your room already has a bed including a built-in wardrobe. On weekdays, I work from early morning to evening. In the evening, I enjoy my time at home. The apartment is located in a 3-party house on the 1st floor in the beautiful Mittelhäusern, 10 minutes from Köniz, about 15 minutes from the city of Bern. The apartment offers a very beautiful balcony with evening sun, a large attic, a large garden with a swimming pond and a barbecue area for shared use. For a weekly boarder, the rent is 850.- plus 50.- for a parking space. Only available for rent to a single person. On weekdays from Monday to Friday. I look forward to getting to know you.
