Description

We are looking for one or two new roommates, preferably a couple or single person, who can imagine becoming a long-term part of our farm life. Currently, we live here with 6 people aged 22 to 66 years. We are connected by the joy of a natural, self-determined life, where each person brings their own profession, projects, and interests. On our farm, we grow a wide variety of vegetables and fruits and keep cows, goats, sheep, horses, chickens, and two cats. An important part of our communal life is helping out on the farm. We wish for regular participation in farm life, which can reduce living costs. We would be particularly pleased to meet people who are interested in one of the following areas: Gardening and vegetable cultivation Kitchen organization, coordination, and processing of our farm products Being together and exchanging ideas is important to us. During the week, we eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner together, enjoying the products of our farm, exchanging ideas, and discussing what's happening on the farm. In the evening, everyone takes care of themselves, although we also like to spend time together in the summer. At the same time, we respect the need for withdrawal and privacy. We are particularly looking forward to meeting people who are grounded, bring a sense of personal responsibility, and see community as a conscious enrichment of their daily lives. Having one's own professional footing, personal projects, or interests outside the farm is explicitly welcome. For us, a vibrant togetherness arises when community and independence have an equal place. As a living possibility, a caravan is currently available. A tiny house, yurt, or similar living arrangement can also be accommodated on the farm after consultation, but would need to be brought along. (Rent 780 chf/month per person, plus board).
