We are Renate (39, logistics assistant), Thuy (38, immunology researcher) and Stefan (38, Key Account Manager at meteoblue), all with long-term shared accommodation experience, and from the end of the year also a baby. We love to cook and eat together and have game nights. Of course, everything is casual and if it suits us, we are also often on the go or enjoy time for ourselves. We are looking for a flatmate who values a harmonious and communal shared accommodation and has a good sense of order and responsibility, and who can imagine living with a baby soon. We are also very open to a single parent with a baby. You should be able to speak at least a little German and be interested in a long-term rental agreement. The room is 13sqm, unfurnished, costs 740.-- CHF/month, plus utilities and general household expenses, and is available from September or by arrangement. It is part of a modern, large and beautiful 5.5-room apartment (total 135sqm), on the third floor with a 40sqm large dining and living area, a beautiful balcony, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry room, which we occupy as a 4-person shared apartment. Basement, bike room and drying room for shared use. We share a weekly vegetable subscription from Birsmattehof. We look forward to your message!
