To me, a harmonious living together is important, where we can have shared conversations or spontaneous cooking evenings, as well as privacy and mutual free space. Order and cleanliness are also important to me. The charming 5.5-room old building maisonette apartment with approximately 110 m² is located in the heart of Sirnach TG. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away, and bus stops in two different directions are only 4 minutes away. A special highlight is the large rooftop terrace, which invites you to relax or spend time together. What you can expect: Your domain: You'll get your own room with approximately 13 m² as a private retreat. A closet is already available. Shared areas: We'll share the kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, basement, private laundry room, office/hobby room, and the large rooftop terrace. Move-in possible from February 2027.
