Furnished shared room in Winterthur directly at the train station for sublet Since our roommate is going to Davos for the winter season, her room will be free for that time. Therefore, we are looking for a roommate to sublet from 01.12.2026 to 30.04.2027. The room is 14 m² in size and furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and mirror. The apartment is located directly at Winterthur train station (1-minute walk). The Neuwiesen shopping center can be reached in about 5 minutes and the old town can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, a shower, and a bathtub. A washing machine and dryer are available, as well as a dishwasher. There is also a balcony that can be used. About your new roommates: Laila, 27, works as an optician and also as a bartender. She likes to travel, but also enjoys spending cozy evenings at home. She likes the shared apartment life and thinks it's nice when you sometimes cook together, do something, or sit together in the evening. Marco, 26, works as an engineer and comes from Italy. He speaks Italian and English and is currently learning German (his German is at a low level, but also very entertaining). He likes to travel and is often in Italy, but also likes the shared apartment life. We are not a functional shared apartment and would therefore be happy to find someone who also enjoys a relaxed and uncomplicated life together. Of course, everyone has their own daily routine and free space, but we think it's nice when you don't just meet by chance in the apartment.
