Wir gehen auf eine längere Reise und vermieten unsere stilvolle, möblierte Dachwohnung ab Oktober 2026 für 6 Monate unter. Die grosszügige 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung bietet ca. 115 m² Wohnfläche sowie einen ca. 20 m² grossen, teilweise überdachten Balkon mit gemütlichem Sitzbereich. Herzstück der Wohnung ist der helle Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche und hohen Decken, der ein besonders angenehmes Wohngefühl schafft. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei grosse, nahezu identische Schlafzimmer sowie zwei Badezimmer (einmal mit Badewanne, einmal mit Dusche). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock (mit Lift) in einer ruhigen und zentralen Wohnlage. Hinweis: Ursprünglich handelt es sich um eine 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung. Ein zusätzliches, kleines Zimmer wird von uns als privater Stauraum genutzt und bleibt während der Mietdauer abgeschlossen. This spacious attic apartment offers approx. 115 m² of living space, as well as a large balcony (approx. 20 m²), partly covered and perfect for relaxing. The highlight of the apartment is the bright and open living and dining area with high ceilings and an open-plan kitchen, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment features two large, almost identical bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower). It is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator access) in a quiet and central residential area. Note: The apartment is originally a 4.5-room layout. One additional smaller room will be used as private storage and will remain locked during the sublet period.
