From October, I am renting out my bright and charming, fully furnished 3.5-room old building apartment in Zurich - 8006 - near the Ottikerstrasse/Beckenhof stop. The apartment impresses with its special old-building charm with high ceilings, beautiful parquet floors, and a spacious terrace that can be used like an additional living room during the warm season. A small additional attic room remains closed as a private storage room during the rental period. The rest of the apartment is available to the tenants in its entirety. Rent: CHF 3,200 per month plus electricity costs (advance payment). I am currently studying abroad and plan to return to Zurich in about 1½ years. Therefore, I am looking for a responsible individual or couple who will carefully inhabit this beautiful apartment during my absence.
