Living room The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV, and direct access to the balcony. You can enjoy your morning coffee with morning sun or a relaxing evening here. Office A separate office with a desk offers ideal conditions for home office or study. A vacuum robot is also available. Kitchen The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes: Dishwasher Oven Microwave all kitchen utensils for daily use Bathroom Modern bathroom with bathtub. In the house, a washing machine and a dryer are also available for shared use. Location The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area and also impresses with its excellent connections. The tram stop Bümpliz Post and the train station Bümpliz Nord can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. From there, you can reach the Bern train station in about 15 minutes or the city center in about 20 minutes by tram. Migros, Coop, Denner, a pharmacy, and the post office are within a 5-minute walk. The Westside shopping center with numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, cinema, and indoor pool and spa can be reached in just 5 minutes by bike. The nearby forest also invites you to go for walks, jogging, or bike tours. For car drivers, the highway access is about 5 minutes away.
