We rent furnished single and double rooms in a central location. Single rooms CHF 900.00 per month and double rooms CHF 1'300.00 per month. Double room (single occupancy) CHF 1'100.00 per month. The rent includes general ancillary costs (electricity, water, waste, heating, caretaker and free telephone throughout Switzerland) as well as weekly room cleaning and changing of bed linen. Equipment: rooms with shower/WC, bed, wardrobe (including safe), TV, internet, telephone, fridge, balcony and lift. Minimum rental period 6 months. The swimming pool and fitness room can be used.
