Furnished shared apartment room in Ostring

I am looking for a subtenant from mid-September (flexible move-in date) until early January for my furnished shared apartment room in Ostring. During the rental period, you will also have access to the communal areas, including the kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and a small communal room. The laundry room (washing machines and tumble dryer) is located just one floor below the apartment and can be used conveniently. Migros and Coop are within a three-minute walk. The Ostring and Sonnenhof bus stops are also within the same walking distance. If you are traveling by car, the highway entrance is just around the corner.
