I am renting out one of the two bedrooms in my bright 3.5-room apartment in Pratteln, available immediately. The room is 13.2 m², furnished, and has direct access to one of the two terraces. Internet is also available and included in the rent. The apartment has, in addition to the two bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and two terraces. A major advantage of the apartment is its location and excellent transport links. The Schlossstrasse tram stop is located right next to the apartment, Pratteln train station is about a three-minute walk away, and the motorway access is about a three-minute drive. This makes it quick to get to Muttenz (FHNW) and Basel in a short time. Various shopping options are also nearby (Migros/Denner 2 minutes walk, Coop 5 minutes walk). I am 30 years old, male, working full-time, and live in the apartment myself. For our cohabitation, I value an uncomplicated, respectful, and considerate interaction with each other.
