I am looking for a quiet female roommate (non-smoker and without pets) to share my sunny and beautiful 2-woman apartment with me, available immediately or by arrangement. The room is fully furnished and offers enough space for personal belongings. The desk is height-adjustable and can be individually adjusted to the desired working height. The private bathroom with shower, toilet, and practical cabinets is available for exclusive use. The kitchen and balcony can be shared. The rent includes additional costs (heating, water, electricity, and internet). The room is ideal for a student, a weekly commuter, or in general for a lady who wants to live furnished and at the same time enjoy her privacy. The location is very well connected and yet quiet. The Kappeli stop (bus 83 and 89 as well as tram 2 and 13) is in the immediate vicinity. I look forward to a brief personal introduction and the specification of the desired move-in date.
