Due to a stay abroad, I am looking for a subtenant for my fully furnished apartment. Location: 4153 Reinach, near Schulhaus Fiechten/ ISB, tram stop Vogesenstrasse (5-minute walk). Period: 01.12.2025 for 12 months. 3-room apartment with 50m2 rooftop terrace. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, without a lift. Bathroom with bathtub/shower, separate toilet, built-in wardrobe in the entrance hall. Private washing machine (3.5 kg) in the bathroom. The property has a total of 5 apartments and is managed by a property management company in Reinach. The property management company has given its consent for this and will receive a copy of our sublease agreement. This means you can officially register. Rent: 1750,- CHF including ancillary costs On the ground floor, there is a bicycle cellar and a laundry/drying room with a washing plan. Public parking lot opposite the property. My apartment is furnished with high-quality furniture. In the 3rd room, there is a large wardrobe and a guest bed. The apartment is best suited for one person or a couple. It is not suitable for children. No pets allowed. Rental only to persons who can provide an employment contract and an excerpt from the debt collection register.
