This offer is ONLY for students or individuals who are completing an apprenticeship. Directly next to the University of Bern (approx. 200m), we rent various furnished rooms (bed, table, closet, shelf available) distributed over 6 floors. Some rooms are also equipped with a sink and mirror cabinet. Occasionally, there are rooms with a balcony. The bathroom (WC/shower) and kitchen are shared with other students. Room size between 8.1 m2 and 19.7 m2. In addition to their rooms, all students and learners of the boarding house have access to: · Lounge on the ground floor (with sofa, TV, tea kitchen, etc.) · Music room · Outdoor seating area with 2 barbecue stations · Washing machine/dryer and drying room The rent for the rooms ranges from CHF 585.00 to CHF 985.00/month , depending on the offer.
