About me: Hi, I'm Beni (28) and I'm looking for a subtenant for my bright and spacious, furnished room from September to mid or late December. During this time, you'll be living with two flatmates (24 & 35) who are both studying at HSLU. Our shared apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) at Hertensteinstrasse 2, right in the heart of Lucerne's old town. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home: a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a cozy living room, many plants, and access to a rooftop terrace that can be used by all residents of the house. The rent includes heating, water, and internet. Room info: The furnished room is bright and spacious and has two large windows. The room comes with: Bed (140 × 200 cm) Desk Chest of drawers Open wardrobe What we're looking for: We're looking for a reliable and careful person who will treat the apartment and my room with respect.
