Due to a new job, I am looking for a subtenant from October 1st, 2026, for my beautiful apartment in Oerlikon. Oerlikon train station is within a 5-10 minute walk, providing optimal connections to the city center and the airport. The 1.5 room apartment is part of a relatively new residential building and combines a modern standard with a quiet location. The modern built-in kitchen offers everything you need for daily life (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator). The remaining living space can be used creatively as a shared living, sleeping, and dining area. The large and bright balcony receives plenty of afternoon sun and provides a great additional living space, especially in the summer. The bathroom is small and does not have a bathtub, but otherwise leaves no wishes unfulfilled. Modern washing machines and dryers (4 of each) are available in the basement for the entire house. I have found that you can wash and dry without prior planning at any time. The costs for this are billed through a special app (approx. 1.3 CHF/h washing machine usage). A large basement compartment (warm, dry, locked) can be used for storage. Parking spaces in the house's underground garage can be rented separately with the apartment.
