Since I intend to return to Germany at the end of November due to a death in the family, I am looking for a tenant as of 1.12.26 I would like to leave all my furniture in the apartment, as well as the pool, as I no longer need these things in Germany. I don't want any payment for them. The pictures show what's included;) The utility costs are flat-rate, so there's no separate billing. A basement and a large seating area also belong to the apartment. A parking space can be rented additionally. It's essential to note that there's NO bus stop nearby, the next one is about half an hour's walk away. Otherwise, all that's left to say is that anyone who loves peace and nature will feel right at home here
