We are looking for a tenant from mid / end of September 2026 for our beautiful 3.5-room apartment at Sonnenbergstrasse 51 in 5408 Ennetbaden. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a prime location with only about a 7-minute walking distance to Baden train station (via Promenadenlift). From the two loggias, you have a wonderful view of the Baden old town. A washing machine/tumbler is available in the apartment for sole use. In addition to the bathroom with toilet/shower, there is also an additional guest toilet. Fiber optic internet connection is available. A spacious cellar compartment and a shared bicycle room are included in the rent. A covered parking space would have to be taken over (included in the specified gross rent). The apartment is very well insulated, so you hardly notice the neighbors. We look forward to your contact.
