Subtenant sought for rental of shared house - freestanding house in the green area near Winterthur

For 1-2 rooms in a detached single-family house with a beautifully landscaped garden with its own fruit trees and a private seating area with a chimney, I am looking for a subtenant immediately or by arrangement. Image 1 shows the largest bedroom, which is currently occupied by your future roommate - could be swapped by agreement. The bathroom on the upper floor has a bathtub and a shower. On the ground floor, there is an additional separate guest toilet. The bathroom, kitchen, large living room, cellar, and garden are shared. In the basement, there are 2 cellar rooms with plenty of storage space and a drying room, and a private laundry tower (approx. 1-year-old appliances) is available. The attic also has plenty of space. The room (or rooms) would be unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished and equipped; however, your furniture would also be welcome if you bring any. Additionally, a garage box and an outdoor parking space belong to the house. You will be living with Larissa, 33 years old, dog Churro, and the two outdoor cats Ponyo and Kalinka. You should appreciate an uncomplicated cohabitation where everyone enjoys their freedom and is also open to joint flat sharing evenings (cooking, grilling, doing something). Ideally, you can move in immediately, but a later move-in is also possible by arrangement.
