From November 15, 2026, or by agreement, we are renting a 5.5-room apartment built in 2025 in a central location in Freidorf TG. The apartment is located on the top floor and offers: - entire apartment with parquet flooring - underfloor heating and Minergie-P ventilation - open kitchen with cooking island, induction hob, oven, and separate steamer - two bathrooms (en-suite and guest bathroom) with under-sink cabinet, bathtub, and walk-in shower with hand and head shower - covered seating area and open balcony - storage room with washing machine/tumble dryer - skylight for natural light in the hallway - basement compartment with socket - underground parking spaces available for 120 CHF/month (charging connection plus 50 CHF/month) The houses were built to the Minergie-P standard. Air-water heat pumps are used as the heating system. The electricity produced by the own photovoltaic system with battery storage can be purchased at a lower cost. The rainwater from the roofs is collected and used for toilet flushing and washing machines. We are a small, family-run business that values personal care and quality.
