The charming gem is nestled in a vast meadow with fruit trees and flowers and offers a magnificent view to the Finsteraarhorn. Here you can enjoy the peace and proximity to nature without having to sacrifice the advantages of the city. The Berggasse and Eulengut bus stops are within walking distance and provide an optimal connection - the forest for jogging or walking can be reached in two minutes. The well-thought-out floor plan includes an inviting living kitchen, a cozy bedroom, and a bathroom. Thanks to the clever room division, the house conveys a pleasant and surprisingly spacious living feeling despite its compact size. A special highlight is the spacious seating area, which invites you to linger, relax, and enjoy the unique surroundings. The house technology is located in a separate technology room and therefore does not take up any living space. Additionally, there is the possibility to plant your own vegetables or flowers in the garden. A parking space can be rented for CHF 90.00 if needed.
