Perfect for expats, couples in transition, or project employees. The most important things at a glance Rental period: 01 October to 06 November 2026 (flexible move-in possible until 07 October). All-inclusive rent: CHF 3'140 ./ month (including heating, hot water, and operating costs as well as high-speed internet and furniture allowance). Parking: Underground parking space optional for CHF 150 ./ month available. Deposit: CHF 1'500. (Security deposit before key handover, refund directly after acceptance). Apartment highlights The former, high-quality renovated "caretaker's apartment" on the 5th floor offers 124 m² of living space with oak industrial parquet, an open dark gray kitchen (induction, dishwasher) and a bathroom with bathtub and separate guest toilet. All three bedrooms have direct access to the large terrace with a dreamy panoramic view of the Pilatus. A private retreat with washing machine and tumble dryer is also included. The apartment will be fully furnished . To offer you maximum space, we will completely remove all our personal belongings (clothing, private documents) in advance. Location & infrastructure The 4VIERTEL offers everything right outside the door: supermarkets, fitness, cinema, restaurants, and a smart package box are located in the same building. The Emmenbrücke train station and buses are right outside the door, and nature on the Reuss (Reusszopf, Buvette Nordpol) is just a few minutes' walk away. Note from the property management: For the sublease agreement, we need a copy of your ID and proof of private liability insurance in advance.
