Penthouse apartment with fantastic views and terrace.

Looking for a subtenant for our vacation from August 28th to September 10th inclusive for 1000CHF, including everything. The apartment is fully furnished and our belongings will remain in the apartment. There is a bedroom with TV and latex mattress (160x200cm) with a child's bed, a bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a cozy and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a small study with a height-adjustable table, children's room or 2nd bedroom with 140x200cm bed. The terrace has seating areas. The flowers must be watered, the house rules must be observed, and the mail must be collected. There is a simple sublease agreement.
