We rent a lovely and cozy little house in the characteristic nucleus of Melano, ideal for those who want to live in a quiet and rich atmosphere, without giving up the comfort of the spaces (suitable for a couple or single person). The house develops on three levels: Ground floor: kitchen with small service and direct access to the private courtyard, a pleasant outdoor space to be enjoyed in total tranquility. First floor: double bedroom with large wall closet and bathroom with WC and shower. Second floor: cozy living room, ideal as a relaxation area. A particular and full of character solution, perfect for those who love the charm of the houses in the nucleus and want a collected, intimate and independent space. - Expenses are charged to the tenant - Deposit: 3 months' rent - There is no private parking, but the Municipality of Melano makes public parking spaces available to residents, paying an annual tax (see Municipal regulations). - There are some furniture that could be taken over by the future tenant, if agreed (sofa, shoe rack, coat rack)
