Beautiful, bright practice room (19m2) in a sympathetic practice community available for subletting from 01.10.2026 for 2.0 to 2.5 days. Located on the 4th floor of a charming old building, in the heart of Bern, yet quiet, with an elevator. The room is well-suited for complementary or body therapies (cranial bed already available), coaching or talk therapy, homeopathy, TCM, etc. Days: Monday, Friday, and by arrangement. Practice days can be adjusted if necessary. Cost per day (monthly): CHF 200,- (excluding ancillary costs, including shared use of communal kitchen, bathroom, client toilet, rooftop terrace, elevator, WLAN). Ancillary costs additional: monthly, approximately CHF 30,- as a deposit for 2 days of subletting. The final billing will be done according to actual expenses or after the annual billing. Location and accessibility: The practice is located in an attractive area directly next to the Zytglogge. The Zytglogge tram stop is only 1 minute's walk away, and the Bern train station is about 8 minutes' walk.
