One bedroom with a huge living room, private toilet for rent. You will share the apartment with our family - me , my husband and we have a baby. Large living room, kitchen, one bathroom plus a private toilet, terrace facing west, underground cellar all available. Close to several bus lines (S6 by 3 min walk, 485 by 5 min walk) and to Oerlikon station (12 min by train). The location is perfect to reach ETH Hönggerberg (25min total time door to door, S6+ B37 bus or 30 min by bike). There are 3 markets at walking distance (Migros-2 min, Denner-3 min) and Coop (6 mins walking). The area around is quiet, never trafficked and also has free spaces around for parking. The apartment is composed of 2 big rooms, each with double bed. However, one room will be used by us as the primary tenant. You will have access to all the rest of the common place- including your own double bedroom, big living room, kitchen, balcony, other available free space in the apartment, along with your private toilet and another bathroom with shower. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. The initial contract will be made for 6 months and then subject to negotiation for extension. It will be subjected for further renewal after discussion post this period. The apartment is thus apt for anyone willing to have a very quiet and private single occupancy with access to all the mentioned facilities @1200 CHF per month (1000 CHF as rent and 200 as Nebenkosten). However, we have a special deal (only for female candidates) who are ready to help us daily with baby keeping duties- we will reduce the price by 50% and you will pay only 600 CHF for everything if you help us with baby duties diligently.
