We're looking for a roommate for September and the exact date is to be discussed (both in our twenties) a new roommate who would like to enrich our small team of roommates! Who are we? Katia and Myriem live in the beautiful Schönberg neighborhood, just a few minutes' walk from two bus stops. Our apartment is a real dream: it consists of 5.5 rooms. You'll have access to the kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, living room, and the nice garden we share with the neighbors. The available room has a built-in closet and is rented unfurnished. The rent is 606 CHF per month. Additionally, we share the electricity bill (around 150 CHF every three months) and Wi-Fi (13.30 CHF per month). The lease (sublease) is currently limited to one year. Our ideal roommate: a woman between 25 and 30 years old (Generation Z, you know) speaks English and French, has a residence permit or a Swiss passport, wants to experience a multicultural flat share and brings her own background in this regard, lives in Fribourg during the week or likes to go out and has no problem with a bit of noise Are you our dream roommate?
