**Möbliertes WG-Zimmer im Kreis 6 zur Zwischenmiete (English version below)** Liebe Wohnungssuchende Da ich verreise, vermiete ich ein schönes, möbliertes Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung im Kreis 6 für 6–8 Monate. Die genaue Dauer können wir gerne gemeinsam besprechen. **Eckdaten** 🗓 **Zeitraum:** Ab 1. November 2026 für 6–8 Monate (flexibel) 💰 **Miete:** CHF 1'250.– pro Monat (inkl. Nebenkosten und Internet) **Die Wohnung & das Zimmer** Die Wohnung ist ein echter Wohlfühlort: hell, ruhig und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das gesamte Wohnhaus wurde 2025 komplett renoviert. **Dein Zimmer** Dein Zimmer (siehe Fotos) wird aktuell als Büro- und Essbereich genutzt. Bis zu deinem Einzug richten wir es natürlich gemütlich ein, damit du dich wohlfühlen kannst. Einige der vorgesehenen Möbel sind auf den Fotos mit „Your furniture“ gekennzeichnet. Auf Wunsch stellen wir dir zudem ein graues Boxspringbett zur Verfügung. **Wohnzimmer** Ein grosses, helles Wohnzimmer mit bequemem Sofa und Sessel lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auf dem Balkon mit Morgensonne wachsen zudem frische Kräuter und Erdbeeren. Nicht zu vergessen ist unser Projektor für gemütliche Filmabende oder lustige Gamenights (Nintendo Switch). **Küche** Die Küche ist modern sowie voll ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, einen kleinen Esstisch und eine Kaffeemaschine (die super feinen Kaffee zubereitet). **Badezimmer** Das helle Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusch/Badewanne sowie Stauraum. **Lage** Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Berninaplatz im Kreis 6. Das Hallenstadion und der Irchelpark sind in rund 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Irchelpark bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Picknicken und Grillieren sowie Rennbahnen und Sportplätze. Vom Berninaplatz (ca. 2 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt) verkehren zwei Tramlinien, die dich in etwa: * 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof Oerlikon, * 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof Zürich und * 15 Minuten zu den Gebäuden von UZH und ETH bringen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Ausserdem befinden sich eine feine Gelateria sowie ein schönes Hallenbad direkt in der Nähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung angenehm ruhig. **Das WG-Leben** Du würdest die Wohnung mit Manu (30) teilen. Das Zusammenleben ist entspannt und unkompliziert. The exact duration can be discussed together. **Key details** * Available from: 1 November 2026 for 6–8 months (flexible) * Rent: CHF 1,250 per month (including utilities and internet) **The apartment & room** The apartment is a true feel-good home: bright, quiet, and lovingly furnished. The entire building was fully renovated in 2025. **Your room** Your room (see photos) is currently used as our office and dining area. We will of course make it cozy and ready for your move-in so you can feel at home. Some of the furniture is marked in the photos as “Your furniture.” We can also provide a grey box-spring bed if you’d like. **Living room** A large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa and armchair invites you to relax. The balcony gets morning sun and has fresh herbs and strawberries growing on it. We also have a projector for cozy movie nights and a Nintendo Switch for fun game nights. **Kitchen** The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It includes a dishwasher, a small dining table, and a coffee machine that makes excellent coffee. **Bathroom** The bright bathroom has a combined shower/bathtub and storage space. **Location** The apartment is located right at Berninaplatz in District 6. The Hallenstadion and Irchel Park are about a 15-minute walk away. Irchel Park offers plenty of opportunities for picnics and barbecues, as well as running tracks and sports facilities. From Berninaplatz (about a 2-minute walk from the apartment), two tram lines provide direct connections to: * Oerlikon train station in about 5 minutes, * Zurich main station in about 15 minutes, * UZH and ETH campuses in about 15 minutes. Shops are within a few minutes’ walk, and there is also a great gelateria and a nice indoor swimming pool nearby. Despite the central location, the apartment is pleasantly quiet. **Shared flat life** You would share the apartment with Manu (30). Life in the flat is relaxed and uncomplicated.
