The apartment 2 rooms, bright and high-end Very well maintained Large private terrace with breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the Alps Equipped kitchen Quiet and very pleasant residential area Close to public transport, shops and the center of Lausanne Apartment intended for 1 to 2 people maximum (without children) Private garage available with the apartment Furniture available The apartment is currently fully furnished. Most of the furniture was purchased recently in April 2026 and is therefore practically new. Due to my move abroad, I am offering the entire furniture to the next tenant at a very advantageous price compared to its purchase value.
