Ideal location: just 5 minutes walk from Clarens train station and Lake Geneva, with shops and amenities nearby. Rent: 942.50 CHF per month. Parking space: available for 60 CHF per month. The current roommate: 31-year-old French man, working at Montreux Palace with irregular schedules (usually from 12pm to 11pm). The atmosphere in the shared apartment is calm and respectful of each person's rhythm and space. We are looking for a serious, clean and respectful person who appreciates a simple and convivial cohabitation.
