Hello, I currently live in a shared accommodation with two other people and I'm planning to move out ideally by September 1st (or at the latest October 1st). Being the person on the lease, I'm looking for someone who would be willing to take it over while keeping the two people already present in the shared accommodation. The total rent is 2495 CHF (including charges) and having a much larger room with private bathroom and bathtub, the share of the rent to be taken over is higher than the two others (1015 CHF / month).
