Nahe ETH Hönggerberg (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss). Grosses, komplett möbliertes Zimmer mit Fensterfront und viel Licht. Mitbenützung von Küche, WC/Bad, Estrichabteil. Waschmaschine/Trockner im Keller Ich bin etwas introvertiert und fände es super, wenn die zweite Person auch eher ein bisschen so wäre. Gerne baue ich aus Holz alles Mögliche für meine Meerschweinchen und den Gemüsebalkon. Da ich Haustiere habe, wäre es ideal, wenn du keine Tierhaarallergie hast. Rauchen ist verboten in der Wohnung! Die Miete mit Nebenkosten ist 1000.- Strom, Internet (LAN & WLAN), Möblierung, Hausratversicherung, WC-Papier, Putzmittel, etc. sind separat. Alles zusammen als Paket ist 1200.- Kaution: 3 Monatsmieten. (3600.- Bekommst du am Ende zurück, wenn alles gut ist) Bitte schreibe mir doch, dass du die Gesamtkosten gelesen hast und wie du dir das Zusammenleben vorstellst. Electricity, internet (LAN & Wi-Fi), furniture, household insurance, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc. are separate.
