Room in Affoltern

Description

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my room in Affoltern starting from September 1st. The room is in a spacious shared flat in the peaceful neighbourhood of Affoltern. The location is well connected and right next to the forest. It is also only 15 minutes by foot from ETH Hönggerberg. Additionally, the campus is reachable in about 5 minutes by bus, and there are other bus connections (including in 10 minutes to Oerlikon) nearby at Zehntenhausplatz. There is also Affoltern train station nearby, which has regular connections to Zurich HB and Baden. Nearby you will also find Coop, Migros, Aldi and Lidl within a 5-10 minute walk. I currently share the room with two male students. One is 21 years old from Switzerland and studying his bachelor's at ETH, and the other is a 25 year old from Italy doing a PhD also at ETH. The latter is currently subletting his room to a 24 year old male Master's thesis student from Germany who will be staying in the flat until October. Everyone is quiet, tidy, and makes great flatmates. The common language in the flat is English. The flat is on the bigger side compared to others, with the nice addition of a rooftop terrace and a balcony adjacent to the living room. The room on offer is the largest bedroom and also has a small private balcony. The room is technically unfurnished however I would like to sell the furniture currently in it, and priority will be given to prospective tenants who can take over the furniture.
