I'm moving out of my room in a beautiful maisonette apartment in Schlieren and am looking for someone to take over my side of the rental contract. The room is available from September 1st. Please note: since the contract paperwork takes time, the decision will be made within the next 1–2 weeks – so if you're interested, get in touch soon! The Apartment – 3.5-room maisonette, approx. 97 m², spread over two levels with an open staircase – Bright and modern, with an in-unit washing machine – You'll share the apartment with one flatmate – Excellent location: only 10 minutes by train to Zürich HB, with the station a 4-minute walk from the apartment – Parking space available at an additional cost Your Future Flatmate He's 28 and works in banking – tidy, easygoing, and keeps regular hours, making for a calm and respectful living environment. Costs – Rent: CHF 2,525/month total, i.e. CHF 1,262.50 per person (includes common building expenses) – Water and electricity billed separately: approx. CHF 100–200 per quarter for the apartment (split between both tenants, depending on usage) – Deposit: CHF 7,575 total, split between both tenants, paid into a regulated deposit account (Mieterkautionskonto) Furniture The room can be taken over furnished at a fair price: bed, mattress, desk, and chair, along with my share of the common-area furnishings (TV cabinet, two tables, all chairs, pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes).
