Bright furnished room in a 4-person flatshare near Käferberg 📍 Address: Käferholzstrasse 48 We're looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 4-person apartment from 1 September 2026 (potentially with some flexibility for an earlier move-in if needed). 🏡 The apartment The apartment is located just a short walk from Bucheggplatz and only 3 minutes by tram from Oerlikon station. It's also right next to Käferberg, making it an ideal location if you enjoy running, hiking, walking, or simply spending time in nature. The room is 15 m² and comes fully furnished. The monthly rent is CHF 1350, including all utilities (WiFi, electricity, heating, etc.). We currently have a cleaner who comes every two weeks. The remaining household tasks are shared between all flatmates, and the cleaning service costs approximately CHF 30 per person per month. One of the best features of the apartment is the spacious, bright open-plan living room and kitchen. The apartment also has three balconies, facing different directions, so there's always a sunny or shady spot to enjoy. Other features include: Two fully equipped bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub/shower) Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer Large indoor bike storage in the building's garage Optional indoor parking for 180 CHF per month. 👋 About us We're 3 males between 27 and 39 years old and work in sports management, engineering, and biology. We enjoy a wide range of hobbies including padel tennis, football, ultimate frisbee, gardening, camping and other outdoor activities. Everyone in the apartment speaks both English and German Two people just moved in and we're in the process of redesigning the apartment. There's still plenty of room to bring in your own ideas and make the place feel like home. Open communication and keeping the apartment clean are important to us.
