Hey! I am a 21yo architecture student at EPFL. I am looking for two flatmates who would move in ideally on the 1st of August. September 1st is a more popular move-in date, so that is also possible. The minimum duration of the rent is a year. The other person is a 20yo student (M) at EPFL. The apartment is fully furnished. It has a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), living room, two bathrooms (one with a dryer and a washing machine), and a balcony. The rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, nightstand, and wardrobe. The only things you need to bring are your bed sheets and your own stuff. The metro stop (until Mouline) is a 5min walk from the apartment. It is 2 metro stops away from EPFL and in the heart of UNIL. It is 12mins away from the Flon (downtown). We are looking for people around our age who have experience living on their own or in a shared flat. We are not clean freaks, but we would like the place to remain in order, and each must take part in that. No smoking in the apartment.
