The rooms are on the 2nd floor (elevator access) in my 2-story 5 1/2 room attic apartment 174m2 with a shared kitchen and large shared living room. Each floor has a separate wet cell. Laundry room available. TV, WLAN, Netflix available. We have a visitor parking lot and a bike room. The apartment is very centrally located in Beromünster, situated on the edge of the green zone. The bus station is 5 minutes away on foot. I am retired, 67, and live alone in the large apartment. Since my children moved out, the beautiful rooms have been empty. I am often away traveling and do a lot of sports. I am open, sociable, uncomplicated, and spontaneous. I also appreciate quiet and respect the privacy of each roommate. Discretion, honesty, and cleanliness are a matter of course for me. a friendly, discreet, honest, and uncomplicated person who has a sense of order and cleanliness.
