In the adjacent forest, wood can be harvested for personal use. Suitable for people who like to spend time and live in a quiet place, also for home office. Footpath to the house from the street about 200 meters (2 minutes) over stairs and footpath. Public parking free of charge on the street. The rustic house can be heated all year round with antique newly restored tile stoves (over 100 years old and yet new), a fireplace and additional electric heating. The energy requirements in winter should not be underestimated.
